FORMS

ARRIVAL TO CANCUN

Once you have collected your luggage, precede out of the exit doors, and look for your transportation company providing your transfer to your hotel.  A representative will be carrying a sign with the group leaders name on it.  Refer to your travel documentations for details.

Do not accept a ride with any other company, as you will be required to pay them for their services.  We also recommend that you avoid the timeshare representatives at the airport that will be in and outside of the exit hall.

During your transfer from the airport to your hotel, you will always be required to wear your mask.  Normally the drivers will have hand sanitizer and a sanitation mate for you to clean your shoes.

Once you arrive at your hotel, the staff will inform you of their health and safety procedures regarding COVID-19 and how it relates to your stay including dining, activities, tours and excursions.  Currently, the Mexican government is permitting hotels in Quintana Roo to operate at 60% occupancy.  This policy is subject to change without advance notice.  Prior to your luggage being delivered to your room, it will be disinfected.

We recommend that you bring ample face masks/coverings and hand sanitizer for the duration of your vacation.
